Sejak tahun 1990 Assessment Center digunakan secara konsisten dalam mengevaluasi kompetensi manajerial di TELKOM maupun pihak-pihak eksternal.. Konsistensi penggunaan ini tidak terlepas dari komitmen BOD untuk menerapkan metoda yang paling obyektif dan menjamin transparansi proses evaluasi kemampuan karyawan. Hal ini disertai dengan upaya HRAS untuk melakukan perbaikan / pengembangan yang berkelanjutan dalam rangka menjaga validitas hasil Assessment.  

 

Dalam komunitas penyedia Assessment Center, beberapa personil Assessment Center TELKOM juga terlibat sebagai pengurus PASSTI (Perkumpulan Assessment Center Indonesia) yang berupaya melakukan edukasi kepada masyarakat luas mengenai  metoda Assessment Center ini. Keterlibatan personil TELKOM dalam bentuk menjadi panitia inti penyelenggaraan kongres nasional maupun menjadi pembicara dalam kegiatan seminar / kongres Assessment Center ataupun mengenai Human Resource secara umum.

 

Sebagai bagian dari sebuah perusahaan TELKOM, unit Assessment Center terus berkembang dari yang semula hanya melayani jasa assessment center (Human Resource/ Leadership Assessment), berkembang ke jasa assessment yang lebih luas yaitu Rekrut/Seleksi karyawan hingga Personal Quality Development (PQD)Berbagai kegiatan Assessment Center, Recruitmen & Selection serta  Personal Quality Development (PQD) dengan beragam kompetensi dari beberapa pelaku bisnis (IT & Telekomunikasi, Perbankan, Instansi Pemerintah, Kesehatan (Rumah Sakit), Transportasi, Institusi Pendidikan, Konstruksi, Property dll) telah ditangani TELKOM HRAS.

 

Di akhir tahun 2013, Unit Assessment Center Telkom sebagai salah satu  Mahakarya Human Capital Manajemen (HCM) TELKOM ditetapkan menjadi unit mandiri “Assessment Center Indonesia (ACI)” yang lebih dituntut berkontribusi dalam menyiapkan Talent-talent terbaik bagi Indonesia sebagai wujud kontribusi TELKOM bagi Indonesia. ACI tidak hanya fokus mendukung program Assessment Center dan HR Development Telkom Group tetapi juga melakukan ekspansi layanan ke Institusi eksternal seperti BUMN & Swasta , menjadi Center of Excellence, serta menjadi Partner bagi perusahaan dalam memberikan solusi Sumber Daya Manusia.

 

Ucapan terima kasih kami sampaikan kepada para Pengguna atas kepercayaannya menggunakan jasa Assessment Center TELKOM HRAS selama ini. Sebagai wujud tanggung jawab bagi Negeri, maka dari waktu ke waktu Assessment Center  terus berupayameningkatkan mutu layanan  dan hasilnya melalui perbaikan sistemis, peningkatan kompentensi  Assessor atau SDM-nya sebagai asset utama melalui berbagai program training dan development, dan pembangunan knowledge management system  agar dapat memberikan kepuasan yang maksimal bagi para Pengguna Jasa Assessment.

 

Since 1990, Assessment Center has been used consistently in evaluating managerial competencies in TELKOM and external parties. The consistency of usage is inseparable from BOD's commitment to implement the most objective methods and ensure transparency of the process of evaluating employee capabilities. This is accompanied by efforts by HRAS to carry out continuous improvement / development in order to maintain the validity of the results of the Assessment.

In the Assessment Center provider community, several TELKOM Assessment Center personnel were also involved as administrators of PASSTI (Indonesian Association of Assessment Centers) who sought to educate the public about the Assessment Center method. The involvement of TELKOM's personnel is in the form of being the core committee for organizing the national congress and being a speaker in seminar / congressional Assessment Center activities or even about Human Resources in general.

As part of a TELKOM company, the Assessment Center unit will continues to develop from what initially only served as an assessment center (Human Resource / Leadership Assessment) service, into a broader assessment service, namely Recruitment / Selection of employees to Personal Quality Development (PQD). Various Assessment Center activities, Recruitment & Selection and Personal Quality Development (PQD) with various competencies from a number of business (IT & Telecommunications, Banking, Government Agencies, Health (Hospitals), Transportation, Educational Institutions, Construction, Property etc.) have been handled TELKOM HRAS.

At the end of 2013, Telkom's Unit Assessment Center has become one of the Masterpieces of Human Capital Management (HCM) and was chosen to be an independent unit "Indonesian Assessment Center (ACI)" which was required to contribute more in preparing the best talents for Indonesia as a manifestation of TELKOM's contribution to Indonesia. ACI not only focuses on supporting the Assessment Center program and the Telkom Group HR Development but also expanding services to external institutions such as BUMN & Private Sector, becoming a Center of Excellence, and becoming a Partner for companies in providing Human Resources solutions.

We have our gratitude to our clients for their trust in using the services of the TELKOM HRAS Assessment Center so far. As a form of responsibility for the country, from time to time the Assessment Center continues to strive to improve service quality and results through systemic improvements, increasing competence of assessors or HR as the main assets through various training and development programs, and building knowledge management systems to provide satisfaction maximum for Users of Assessment Services.
